Physical Product Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at howtoturnyourlifearound@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number and reason for return. Provide photos if there is a defect or damage to your order.
- Once your return is approved, we will issue you instructions on how to send the item back.
- Please note that any return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable content, courses or any online services once accessed
- Items marked as sale, final sale or clearance
- Digital Products
If you experience any technical issues accessing your content, please contact us at howtoturnyourlifearound@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Damages, incorrect items or issues
If you receive an incorrect item, or it’s a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will need photos of the damage or defect to process your claim. If your item is confirmed as defective or damaged, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-30 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at howtoturnyourlifearound@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund and returns policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
